APARTMENT RENOVATION IN ATHENS

This private residence is located in Athens, Greece | 2015

A, 30 year old apartment, in a densely built-up urban neighborhood of Athens that required a fresh renovation. Keeping the beautiful classic black gloss marble floor, the common spaces were turned into a modern/mid-century living room and dining room. The closed dining room, that was not in use at the time, was turned into a bright and light colored kitchen. The standard 30 year old plan of a two bedroom apartment was updated to a three bedroom meeting the clients’ needs. The existing diagonal walls were used to create recesses for custom structured furniture.
