Apartment makeover

Apartment located in Limassol Marina, Cyprus | 2014

This three bedroom apartment went through a complete redesign to both the internal and external spaces and finishes.

Custom and made-to-fit structures were applied from ceiling treatments to the smallest finishes at the client’s approval. Custom designs like furniture came to life with wooden structures, designs were carved by hand to be applied on the ceilings and frames and decorative embellishment covered almost every corner in response to the theme of the design. Small but important details like the custom made curtain tassels completed the requirements of an Arabic influenced design that the owners dreamed of. Handmade wallpapers were used to complement the style.

Three outdoor areas. Due to the residence’s location the owners have a panoramic  sea view from the fourth floor year-round.

A covered barbeque area with a low-lounge style custom made sofa and whimsical lighting brings a cosy atmosphere to an area created for hosting. A completely bespoke hot-tub area with wooden sunbeds and recesses for candle lights can be used day and night, in both warm or cooler weather. Even higher, the ‘dastarhan’ area located on the sun deck on the 5^th floor was a bonus area created for the owners. Completed with three large bed-like sofas under an open pergola give guests and clients an opportunity to create memories enjoying the view and relaxing.
